On leaving the get into a return slot.
Tuesday 22: Ayuthaya, the antigual capital, about 100km north of Bangkok.
I call it the Toledo Thailand. Unfortunately
several hundred years ago the Burmese sacked, whereupon several of its maas famous buildings are in ruins. All irony considering that the name means unassailable.
Walking back down this road a lad that was on the bike shook my hand as he passed.
Details of these will brighten up your day.
A photo of the late Princess, sister of the king.
This wall on the right is all that remains of an important temple.
sold several fruits in the Bangkok street stalls, detail that I went crazy. Mandarin juice was priceless, and I jumped and tried the little brother of the coconut. But ... as his older brother, a much better pint of what you know your water. I ended up throwing him, still feeling with all my heart.
Wednesday 22: I have come north from Bangkok to buy a bus ticket to go to Chiang Mai, the northern capital. Until early this century was not part of Thailand, which still noticeable cultural differences.
Pictured Chatuchak Park, I had to cross to get to the station.
most respected King and wanted in Thailand do not know any.
After walking three quarters of an hour and see that I still had a stretch, I decided to take a taxi.
Around the monorail after buying the ticket. Since I'm asynchronous
donkey and not learn, I went walking.
Nothing, only took me two hours after getting lost in another park next to Chatuchak.
A squirrel played hide and seek with me.
Of all the pictures I took, it is best seen.

Thursday 24: First Photo of Chiang Mai, the food.
After a night bus fairly comfortable night, arrived at dawn (it was a chilly 25 degrees, ufff) entered the hotel, I write a couple of emails, and eat.

Market Suam Lum night, calm and pleasant.
This nice girl (most beautiful natural) called Ui and twenty-six year. The very nice

A picture of King at the entrance of the bazaar.
A street awfully dark for my return. And yet I spent absolutely nothing.
The late Princess. If I had taken photos every time I saw an exhibition about her life in a train station, or some TV show or a picture ... would have a dozen more.
Friday 25. In that red van up ahead, coming to be bus-communal taxis, is where I rode. Songthaew

And after half an hour, arrived at Doi Suthep, the mountain that protects the city of Chiang Mai, where her most important temple.

who understand English will catch the irony that you are not willing to "Have a happy trip, you are saying" What do you have a happy trip! "
We reached the top, now just off your shoes and enter the main temple.
The center of the temple. I leave with golden symbol and picture of the king.
I have many pictures and I know so little about Buddhism that I'll leave the comments here.
One last comment: pilgrims taking three turns around the center.
Standard of education:
-take your shoes off to enter the temple
par-wearing proper clothing (no skirts or short shorts, skirts actually paid out of the temple to enter)
-be respectful to the Buddha images
-do not show too much affection in public as much shakes hands
-greet in Thai style, hands clasped
-not touch him (ever!) head to a Thai, or point your feet at anyone to sit
And here ends my last entry on Thailand, but chronologically follows the 3-b.
A hug.
