Can You Get Genital Warts Onyourbuttock

Wastin 'time? The chances

bewildered in a world like ours, losing power and knowledge time is a privilege! When you waste time doing nothing , in fact it is doing something! When you stop doing "things", focuses on himself to feel and be aware of everything around him. And that, in these times, it is a privilege! Moreover, many people do not know, so they remain hooked to the perennial need to always do something, to engage the mind as it is!

Doing nothing means do but enter one yourself and explore the inside! There one finds hidden desires, dreams ... or just watch absorbed around and sees himself in the world, in your own world! We the bad habit of comparing, judging, ignore ourselves and rely solely on around us! Many people even know what they are by contrast with the other people around them and act accordingly! In contrast, when one is single-well-with yourself, if possible in a context without external stimuli distracting thoughts and focus their attention, a new sense of be it invades. But, unaccustomed as we are to live this experience, the vast majority of people will invade the fear, the intense sound of silence and solitude ...

That's one of the essential functions of meditation find one same ... no circumstances! Do away with all that surrounds us and distracts us from ourselves, to get into the feelings of self ... himself. There, in fact, one finds the strength, the strength and without any doubts! There he meets face to face with his conscience and all his certainty overwhelming and often transgressive we live with every day and even our way of life! There love is love, peace is peace and self is oneself! How clearly overwhelms us then, leaving the uncertainty of what we call real (despite being a mere fiction or illusion of the mind) and acting around us as we are! Then also imposes "today "Or" now "disappearing" yesterday "and" future "recreates the mind!

Learning to waste time ... and make it yours and only yours, you win! Learn or abstract distract your mind and concentrate on what you feel at that moment! You will find that peace you crave and you discover it's there within, in the stillness of the same and fleeting moment! addition, if you're looking at a beautiful landscape and you manage to let your mind away, you'll be part of that universe that surrounds you, which you are a fundamental part, as each of the elements that make up and discover that everyone has their own unique way the All!

took me many years to get to know myself to be alone! Always working nonstop, talking, running from meeting to meeting, etc.. That helped me not be aware of me or my life! But in my almost weekly departures-and therapeutic-motorcycle, one day I discovered a small rural road not far from where I live and where, since then, I take refuge in certain moments of my day! Today that landscape is me tremendously and family atmosphere, and spend your beauty, I feel like it just the grandeur of the universe ... and flow comforting feelings and sensations that tells me how I am, actually! I walk this road, look its hills and downs, its colorful trees and hills ... and all that I am necessarily to God, that has little to do with the severe and punishing deity who taught me in school! To the beautiful scenery can not flow but love in my heart, to me, to others and to the All! So every time the daily absorbed me, I collapsed or scares me somehow, I run into that winding shelter is my secret road where I turn to find myself ... and where I go with the energy needed to move forward with his head held high and his heart in his hand!

Miguel Benavent de B. Here I bring

WASTE OF TIME

As busy as people say they are often greatly simplify your life if you do not waste time on things not essential ... particularly in front of the television screen.

We are always complaining that our days are few, and acting as if they were to end. SENECA
