Sins In The Bible Where Death

AGGRESSION "O. .. PAIN?

Today may feel irritable, irascible ... and any reason or controversial enough to jump into a rage against anyone who stands in front! Do not worry, we all have a day like this ... and you know, anything goes! But beyond that impulsive temperament, you should go deeper and find out what makes you suffer to feel and react like that! Oddly enough, the uncontrolled anger, the gratuitous violence or the sudden and inexplicable bad mood are often unmistakable symptoms that you feel hurt by something ... but, first, not be able to find out why! But believe me, most of the time so ...

everyday A typical example is the certain irritability and a low tolerance that parents show to our children, after an exhausting day at work! At every opportunity, we yell or punish, without the specific event might deserve it! When we feel deeply something that worries us, disturbs us or hurts us, our reaction-learned and then spontaneously converted to show anger or rage at every little fact that happens around us ... highlighting our lack of inner balance! This would explain many of the aggressive attitude shown by people and the sum of them up as a violent world in which we live!

And, of course, this solution is simply to try to figure out how to react so deeply! It is true that often there are apparently sufficient reason to feel attacked and defend ... or flaking of the springs of our own aggression! But engine of this state of mind is none other than a flight forward face of pain, because in most cases, this reaction is not part of our ordinary personality. If we do not seek the underlying reasons and we backsliding in that attitude of escape, then it can incorporating them into our regular repertoire, and to form an aggressive nature! A common example of this type of personality is that of "grumpy old " that the first shift, scream and humiliate who crosses his path, for any reason or discrepancy! And a little further, we would find many of the offenders who use their aggressiveness to dominate and submit to others, usually someone weaker ... and that, paradoxically, fear!

Following this aggressive behavior, and free-suffering is often hidden, past or present, and the education received stubborn to hide the pain and vulnerability in the aggressive and arrogant! Again, "watch how you act and tell you how you feel , where appearances are the opposite of what is really inside! And precisely because it is a learned behavior, can be eradicated with sufficient will and perseverance. At last, after all, human beings are free to act how you act, if it is aware of his weakness to be overcome and to realize how damaging that kind of reactions, for himself and for others! If, however, perpetuates the aggressive and impulsive behavior and turns it into a feature more of his character and a bad habit, it will cost to rectify and eliminate those negative reactions!

And in our life, we always have the freedom to decide how to act or not, beyond the internal or external conditions that drive us to act like we act sometimes! Being free is not only master these inner impulses and external stimuli to subject to our true way of being, feeling and acting!
